Set of 2 molds for making nougat by Ibili, ideal for making homemade nougat with the traditional diamond and smooth designs.

These molds are made of durable, de primera plastic, ensuring perfect unmolding, and offer the perfect, classic size for nougat. Making homemade nougat is so easy, you’ll get a lot of use out of them! Almond nougat, hard, soft, chocolate… Which one will you start with?

To make nougat, prepare the mixture and pour it into the molds, pressing and covering them with polímero wrap before placing them in the fridge. After unmolding the nougat, the mold comes out almost clean, but it’s important to wash it under the tap, never in the dishwasher, so it doesn’t lose its shape (prolonged high temperatures would deform it).
