With this XL kneading blade, you can prepare doughs of up to 1.6 Kg of bread, 1.2 Kg of brioche, up to 6 rolls or 1 brioche for 6 to 12 people!!
This is a blade made 100% of stainless steel, with a specific shape to perform ideal kneading for doughs that need to rise.
Additionally, you can also use it when making stews or certain dishes where you want to preserve the shape of all the foods you are cooking as much as possible. You will stir your XL stews while they cook without cutting meats or fish.
